Animals is the eighth studio album by Pink Floyd, formed in 1965. On Animals, Roger Waters definitively establishes himself as the band’s undisputed artistic leader. The resulting Animals is an uncompromisingly bleak blend of social criticism and pure misanthropy, tinged with black humour.
